Nurse Tahira is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. She founded TLC to unite compassionate clinical care with beauty, wellness, and education.

TLC was created from my own experience of choosing myself, healing, recovering, and discovering a new purpose.

CHOOSING ME
After spending years caring for everyone else, I made the decision to take care of me. On my way to Miami, I was nervous, hopeful, and ready to honor my self-care goals.

NURSE TAHIRA
To every woman considering TLC,
TLC Women’s Rejuvenation Studio was created from a deeply personal place in my heart. I had spent years raising my children, working as a nurse, caring for others, and managing everything life required of me. Eventually, I realized that I was allowed to care for myself too.
As a nurse, I immediately recognized a tremendous gap in education. I knew I could help. Somewhere along the way, what began as a book became TLC Women’s Rejuvenation Studio.
At the heart of it all is one simple desire: I want women to feel better. Whatever that means for you.
